General terms & conditions
• Check-in on day of arrival from 2.00 pm, please let us know your estimated time of arrival before you arrive
• Check-out on day of departure by 9.30 am
• Local tax of €2.10 per person per night is payable on the day of departure. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax
• A reservation is only considered binding once we have confirmed receipt of a deposit of approximately 30%

Cancellation policy:
• You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before arrival
• Between 90 and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee
• Between 30 and 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 70% of the price of the holiday
• Cancellations within the last week before arrival, late arrivals or early departures will be charged 100% Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Through our agreement with the Tourist Board and the European Insurance Company, you can obtain favourable conditions at the following link
• We do not accept credit cards. You can pay the balance in cash or by bank transfer during your stay
• Please understand that we do not accept pets
• Smoking is not allowed in our apartments
