Val Gardena is the only certified cycling region in South Tyrol, with a total of 600 km of routes. Accordingly, there are both leisurely tours, e.g. via Monte Pana to the Alpe di Siusi, as well as challenging bike-tours with rapid descents, such as the famous Sellaronda MTB Tour.
